ABOUT THE DEVELOPER

Ted Rogers bought 43 hectares of property in Mississauga in the 1960s to set up transmitters for radio station CHFI, one of his first commercial endeavors. Even now, CHFI is the highest-rated radio station in Toronto. Ted kept the site after the transmitters were moved in the early 1990s, saying, “We developed much of it and sold it to builders for new homes.”

Urban Capital has delivered over 4,900 urban condominiums, with another 3,900 now under construction and several thousand in the pipeline, totaling over $4.4 billion in development.
